Capitol Corridor JPA The Capitol Corridor Joint Powers Authority (CCJPA) is a partnership among the six local transit agencies in the eight county service area which shares the administration and management of the Capitol Corridor. The San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) provides day-to-day management support to the CCJPA.
ChemTrec CHEMTREC serves as a round-the-clock resource for obtaining immediate emergency response information for accidental chemical releases. It is linked to the largest network of chemical and hazardous material experts in the world including chemicals and response specialists within the ACC membership, response specialists within the carrier community, public emergency services, and private contractors.
CHP California Highway Patrol. The regions dispatch center is the Sacramento Communications Center.

Sacramento Fire JPA Sacramento Fire Joint Powers Authority - California Office of Emergency Services that serves as a joint partnership between the fire/ems agencies in California that provide training and educations services to 17 agencies in the Sacramento region.
Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (AQMD) The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (AQMD) has monitoring, enforcement, and permitting roles to help to achieve and maintain healthy air quality for Sacramento.
Sacramento Region (Partnership) This is a Server that will connect center-to-center for all TMCs and TOCs in the region.
Sacramento Regional Transit District The Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT) operates natural gas powered fixed route buses, light rail and shuttle vans. Buses operate daily from 5:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., light rail trains operate from 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Demand response services are contracted through Paratransit, Inc. Other RT amenities include 41 light rail stops or stations, 21 bus and light rail transfer centers and 14 free park-and-ride lots. RT also serves more than 3,800 bus stops throughout Sacramento County.
State Office of Emergency Services California Governor's Office of Emergency Services coordinates overall state agency response to major disasters in support of local government. The office is responsible for assuring the state's readiness to respond to and recover from natural, manmade, and war-caused emergencies, and for assisting local governments in their emergency preparedness, response and recovery efforts.
Travelers - The Public Traveling public accessing various modes of transportation, including surface street, air, rail/transit, and non-motorized modes of transportation.
UC Berkeley California University that hosts the Performance Monitoring System.
Yolo County Transportation District The District that administers YOLOBUS, which operates local and inter-city bus services in Yolo County and neighboring areas. YOLOBUS serves Davis, West Sacramento, Winters, Woodland, downtown Sacramento, Sacramento International Airport, Cache Creek Casino, Esparto, Madison and Knights Landing. Yolobus also makes connections with other local public transportation systems (Unitrans and Citylink Amtrak in Davis, and Regional Transit and Light Rail in Sacramento).
Yuba City Represents overall the municipal government, department of public works, and miscellaneous departments for Yuba City.
Yuba-Sutter Transit The transit agency that services Yuba City, Marysville, Sacramento and the surrounding rural communities. The Yuba-Sutter Transit Agency provides fixed route operations (local and to Sacramento), rural operations, and "dial-a-ride" (demand response) operations.
