AHTD Asset Management System	The asset management system (sign inventory, ITS equipment inventory, maintenance equipment inventory, etc.) owned and operated by AHTD.
AHTD CCTV Cameras	Closed-circuit television cameras owned and operated by AHTD on the interstate highways throughout the Region.
AHTD District 2 Construction and Maintenance Operations	Represents AHTD's district roadway maintenance and construction operations.
AHTD District 2 TMC	Handles regional maintenance and construction coordination, including interstate. Performs traffic management function for AHTD managed highways and arterials within the Region. Currently programs the traffic signals on the state routes, including the traffic signals in the City of Pine Bluff, City of White Hall, and Jefferson County.
AHTD DMS	Dynamic message signs owned and operated by AHTD.
AHTD Equipment Repair Facility	Equipment repair facilities which communicate with vehicles for preventive maintenance.
AHTD Field Equipment	Includes dynamic message signs, portable equipment, automated traffic recorders, and traffic signals (with VIVDS).
AHTD Highway Conditions Reporting System	The AHTD system that provides detailed construction closures, detours, restrictions, permit and weather information. Accessible to public through the internet, providing access to information by route, county or district. Includes contact information for construction, closures, hazards, and detour information.
AHTD Maintenance and Construction Vehicles	Maintenance and construction vehicle on-board systems for vehicle tracking and maintenance logging.
AHTD Maintenance Archive	Collect data from AHTD traffic and maintenance data collection equipment, and provide traffic and maintenance data to the MPOs and other archive users.
AHTD Public Information Office	The office provides the official interface between AHTD traffic and maintenance departments and interests outside the departments such as the media and the AHTD website.
AHTD Resident Engineers Office	Oversees highway construction operations in the district.
AHTD Security Monitoring Field Equipment	Security monitoring field equipment includes sensors and surveillance devices that monitor transportation infrastructure and public areas.
AHTD Statewide TMC	Handles statewide maintenance and construction coordination, including interstate. Performs traffic management function in Little Rock for AHTD managed highways and arterials.
AHTD Storage Facilities	Equipment and materials storage facilities for AHTD.
AHTD Website	Transportation information website for AHTD. Currently includes traffic and road network conditions. In the future will include real-time construction, work zone, special event, incident, and traffic information.
Archive Data Users	Represents systems that make use of various archive data collected in the Region.
Area Agency on Aging Demand Response Transit Operations	Represents the local demand response or paratransit operations for the City of Pine Bluff and surrounding areas and counties.
Area Agency on Aging Demand Response Transit Vehicles	The bus or transit vehicles owned and operated by local demand response transit providers within the Region.
Area Agency on Aging Transit Archive	The archive data management system for the Area Agency on Aging, and subsidiary agencies.
Area Agency on Aging Transit Security Monitoring Field Equipment	Monitoring equipment (CCTV cameras) at transit stops owned and operated (and utilized) by the Area Agency on Aging.

Arkansas 511 System	Planned statewide phone based traveler information system.
Arkansas Department of Correction Transport System	Dispatch function for the Arkansas Department of Correction Transport System when transporting inmates.
Arkansas Department of Correction Transport Vehicle Operator	Represents the operators of Arkansas Department of Correction Transport vehicles.
Arkansas Department of Correction Transport Vehicles	Represents ITS systems in the Arkansas Department of Correction Transport Vehicles including AVL, and CCTV cameras.
Arkansas Department of Emergency Management	The Arkansas Department responsible for HAZMAT incidents (as a first responder).
Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality	The Arkansas Department responsible for HAZMAT cleanup in the Region.
Arkansas Game and Fish	Dispatch function for the Arkansas Game and Fish Department. The agency has a few state law enforcement powers and various assets.
Arkansas Highway Police Dispatch	Highway Police central dispatch, located in Little Rock.
Arkansas Highway Police Vehicles	Emergency vehicles dispatched from the Arkansas Highway Police dispatch center.
Arkansas Regional Transportation Data Archive	The Regional transportation archive, which includes archive data from the transportation agencies within the Region.
Arkansas State EOC	Statewide emergency operations center located in Conway, AR.
Arkansas State Police Dispatch Troop E	Dispatch of Arkansas Highway Patrol Troop E. Dispatch center located in Pine Bluff, AR.
Arkansas State Police Headquarters	This is the State Police Headquarters located in Little Rock, Arkansas - they are responsible for sending out AMBER Alerts throughout the state.
Arkansas State Police Vehicles	Emergency vehicles dispatched from the Arkansas State Police dispatch center. Represents mobile data terminals, AVL, or other systems on the Police vehicles.
Army Corps of Engineers	Aids in the operation of the levy systems on the Arkansas River, and monitors the region's dam infrastructure (for floods, road maintenance, etc). Also coordinates with regional emergency management for incident response and disasters.
Army Corps of Engineers Water Level Monitoring System	Water level monitoring systems that constantly monitor water levels of the Arkansas river and adjacent tributaries. Currently a manual system, but thought to be automated in the future.
ASP Statewide Crash Records Information System	ASP statewide database of vehicle crash/accident records. Input to this system is provided by elements in the Region.
City of Pine Bluff Field Equipment	Roadside Equipment includes any and all equipment distributed on and along the roadway which monitors and controls traffic. Also includes portable equipment, such as DMS and speed monitoring.
City of Pine Bluff Fire Vehicles	City of Pine Bluff fire vehicles that provide public safety services within the City of Pine Bluff.
City of Pine Bluff Police Department Website	The website for he City of Pine Bluff Police Department.
City of Pine Bluff Police Vehicles	City of Pine Bluff police vehicles that provide public safety services within the City of Pine Bluff.
City of Pine Bluff Public Safety Dispatch	Dispatch function for City of Pine Bluff public safety departments. Currently operated by MECA.
City of Pine Bluff School Zone Pager System	School Zone warning system installed in the City of Pine Bluff school zones to warn drivers � system includes pagers, flashers, and DMS installed at flasher locations. Controlled by the school district, but maintained by the City of Pine Bluff.
City of Pine Bluff Security Monitoring Field Equipment	Security monitoring equipment (sensors, CCTV cameras, etc.) that monitor critical infrastructure (bridges, dams, etc.) within the City of Pine Bluff.
City of Pine Bluff Street Department	Represents the City of Pine Bluff's roadway maintenance operations.
City of Pine Bluff Street Department Vehicles	Maintenance and construction vehicles owned and operated by the City of Pine Bluff. In the future they may include ITS devices that provide the sensory, processing, storage, and communications functions necessary to support maintenance and construction operations.
City of Pine Bluff Traffic Operations Center	Responsible for the operation of traffic signal systems, CCTVs, and other ITS equipment in the City of Pine Bluff. Also maintains traffic signals in the City of White Hall and Jefferson County.
City of Pine Bluff Website	Transportation information website for the City of Pine Bluff. In the future will include real-time construction, work zone, special event, incident, and traffic information.
City of White Hall ITS Field Equipment	ITS field equipment (CCTV cameras, field sensors, traffic signals, etc.) that are owned and operated by the City of White Hall.
City of White Hall Public Works Department	Represents the City of White Hall's roadway maintenance and construction operations that are within the Region.
City of White Hall Public Works Vehicles	Maintenance and construction vehicles owned and operated by the City of White Hall. In the future they may include ITS devices that provide the sensory, processing, storage, and communications functions necessary to support maintenance and construction operations.
City of White Hall School Zone Pager System	School Zone warning system installed in City of White Hall school zones to warn drivers � system includes pagers, flashers, and DMS installed at flasher locations.
City of White Hall Traffic Operations Center	Responsible for the operation of the traffic signal system and any other ITS equipment in the City of Pine Bluff. Colocated with the City Pine Bluff TOC.
City of White Hall Website	Transportation information website for the municipalities within the Region. In the future it may include real-time construction, work zone, special event, incident, and traffic information.
Commercial Vehicles	Represents ITS equipment on privately owned commercial vehicles.
Concierge Service Provider	A private venture that provides vehicle safety and warning information for commercial vehicles as a subscription service.
CSEPP CCTV Cameras	Closed circuit television cameras owned and operated by the Arkansas DEM and are used for surveying chemical stockpiles. Cameras have pan/tilt/zoom capabilities.
CSEPP DMS	Dynamic message signs owned and operated by the Arkansas DEM and utilized in the event of a chemical spill or emergency at the Pine Bluff Arsenal. These DMS signs can be used by AHTD for traffic information dissemination, but default to the DEM when required. Includes both permanent and portable DMS.
Driver	Represents the driver of a vehicle in the transportation system.
EASI Dispatch	Emergency Ambulance Services Incorporated (EASI). Provides dispatch functions for ambulances in the Region.
Financial Institution	Represents the financial institutions the regional transit agencies will use as part of electronic fare payment systems.
Independent School District Bus Operator	Represents the operators of Independent School District buses.
Independent School District Buses	The buses owned and operated by the various independent school districts in the Region.
Independent School Districts Dispatch	Dispatch function for each of the Independent School Districts throughout the Region. Includes radio communication with school buses. Also includes the ability to operate school zone pager systems.
Jefferson County Asset Management System	The asset management system (sign inventory, ITS equipment inventory, maintenance equipment inventory, etc.) owned and operated by Jefferson County.
Jefferson County EMS Vehicles	Jefferson County emergency vehicles that provide public safety services within Jefferson County.
Jefferson County EOC	Represents the Emergency Operations Center for Jefferson County. Collocated with MECA.
Jefferson County Equipment Repair Facility	The maintenance shop for all roadside equipment owned and operated by Jefferson County. Used to communicate with vehicles for preventive maintenance.
Jefferson County Fire/EMS Dispatch	Dispatch function for EMS services in Jefferson County.
Jefferson County ITS Field Equipment	ITS field equipment (portable DMS, traffic signals, roadway weather sensors, etc.) that are owned and operated by Jefferson County.
Jefferson County Maintenance and Construction Vehicles	Maintenance and construction vehicles owned and operated by Jefferson County. In the future they may include ITS devices that provide the sensory, processing, storage, and communications functions necessary to support maintenance and construction operations.
Jefferson County Road Department	Represents Jefferson County's roadway maintenance and construction operations dispatch.
Jefferson County Sheriff Dispatch	Dispatches Jefferson County Sheriff's department, rural fire departments, and municipal police.
Jefferson County Sheriff Vehicles	Jefferson County Sheriff vehicles that provide public safety services within Jefferson County. Represents the mobile data terminals (MDTs), AVL, or other ITS devices on Sheriff vehicles.
Jefferson Regional Medical Center	The regional medical center that is located within the Region (hospitals).
Local Print and Broadcast Media	The Media element represents the information systems that provide traffic reports, travel conditions, and other transportation-related news services to the traveling public through radio, TV, and other media.
Local Transit Vehicle Operator	Represents the operators of local transit vehicles.
Metropolitan Emergency Communication Association	Regional PSAP for the City of Pine Bluff, Jefferson County, and all municipalities within Jefferson County. Single telephone number for all emergency responders for the metropolitan region, including sheriffs, and fire department. Reroutes calls to City of Pine Bluff Police Department, AHP, ASP, and Emergency Ambulance Services Incorporated (private) dispatchers.
Municipal Asset Management System	The asset management system (sign inventory, ITS equipment inventory, maintenance equipment inventory, etc.) owned and operated by the municipalities (cities and towns) within the geographic region.
Municipal Equipment Repair Facility	The maintenance shop for all roadside equipment owned and operated by the municipalities within the Region. Used to communicate with vehicles for preventive maintenance.
Municipal or County Permitting System	Represents permitting systems operated at the county or municipal level.
Municipal Public Safety Dispatch	EMS, fire, and police dispatch functions for the municipalities within the Region. Includes the City of White Hall police, fire, and EMS dispatch (as a backup to MECA).
Municipal Public Safety Vehicles	Municipal emergency vehicles including police, fire, and EMS. Includes the City of White Hall public safety vehicles.
National Weather Service	National service for national, regional, and local weather information.
Other AHTD Area Maintenance Headquarters	Represents the AHTD's district roadway maintenance operations that are in adjacent regions.
Other AHTD TMCs	Traffic Management Centers in the other Arkansas regions that handle regional maintenance and construction coordination, including interstate. They also perform traffic management functions for AHTD managed highways and arterials within their respective regions.
Other Regional EOCs	Represents EOCs in adjacent regions within Arkansas.
Other State EOCs	Represents the EOCs from other states that may require coordination from the EOCs within the Region.
Pine Bluff Arsenal EOC	The Emergency Operations Center for Pine Bluff Arsenal where chemical leaks or spills are monitored.
Pine Bluff Convention and Visitors Bureau	The regional event promoter for the City of Pine Bluff.
Pine Bluff Demand Response Transit Vehicles	Demand response transit vehicles operated by Pine Bluff Transit.
Pine Bluff Fixed Route Transit Vehicles	Fixed route transit vehicles for Pine Bluff Transit that include ITS devices that support the safe and efficient movement of passengers. These systems collect, manage, and disseminate transit-related information to the driver, operations and maintenance personnel, and transit system patrons.
Pine Bluff Intermodal Terminal	Existing intermodal terminal located in the City of Pine Bluff that is owned and operated by the Area Agency on Aging.. In the future it will have a parking management system for its parking garage.
Pine Bluff Transit Archive	Archive of transit data including ridership and other operations information.
Pine Bluff Transit Dispatch	Includes fixed route and demand response dispatch functions for Pine Bluff Transit.
Pine Bluff Transit Kiosks	Kiosks (public informational displays supporting various levels of interaction and information access) operated by Pine Bluff Transit.
Pine Bluff Transit Security Monitoring Field Equipment	Surveillance cameras at Pine Bluff transit stops and terminals.
Pine Bluff Transit Vehicle Operator	Represents the operators of the Pine Bluff Transit vehicles.

Power System Service Interruption Notification System	An information distribution system that provides information about power outages to regional emergency and traffic agencies.
Private Ambulance Vehicles	The vehicles dispatched by private ambulance companies with the Region.
Private Fleet Operations	Fleet dispatch systems for private commercial vehicle firms.
Private Long Distance Bus Company Operations	Represents private bus lines that travel through the City of Pine Bluff, including Greyhound.
Private Sector Traveler Information Services	Information service providers that provide traffic information, weather conditions, transit information, and general broadcast information to the traveling public.
Private Tow/Wrecker Dispatch	Dispatch function for privately owned tow or wrecker service. Based on a rotation list.
Private Tow/Wrecker Vehicles	The tow or wrecker vehicles in the Region.
Private Travelers Personal Computing Devices	User Personal Computing Devices refers to equipment an individual owns and can personalize with their choices for information about transportation networks. An Internet-connected PC is an example.
Private Vehicles	Vehicles owned by private individuals in the area.
Private Weather Service Providers	Private disseminators of weather data.
Public Ambulance Vehicles	The vehicles dispatched by public ambulance companies with the Region.
Public Tourism Websites	National Forestry, State Forestry, Army Corps of Engineers, Arkansas Parks and Tourism Website, etc.
Public/Private Utility Companies	Represents the public or private utility companies that operate within the Region that have utilities that cross the right of way that may ultimately affect or be affected by roadwork or road maintenance.
Rail Operations Centers	The rail operation centers that are located within the Region. These centers handle freight rail and passenger rail.
Rail Operators Rail Cars	Rail-based commercial vehicles, including HAZMAT carriers.
Rail Operators Wayside Equipment	The rail operated equipment at highway rail intersections and the interconnection with traffic control devices.
Regional Smart Card	Smart Card used for transit and other electronic systems (i.e., parking) throughout the Region.
Rest Area/Truck Stop/Visitor Center Kiosks	Remote traveler support provides access to traveler information at transit stations, transit stops, other fixed sites along travel routes (e.g., rest stops), and major trip generation locations.
Service Agency	Agencies that help subsidize the funding for paratransit operations for special case citizens to ensure that these citizens have transportation to and from where they need to go (generally the hospital).
Southeast Arkansas RPC Data Archive	The regional data warehouse for the Southeast Arkansas Regional Planning Commission.
Southeast Arkansas RPC Website	The website that includes archived planning information, schedules, TIPs, STIPS, and other planning data.
Southeast Arkansas Transit Dispatch	The fixed route transit subcontractor to Area Agency on Aging for fixed route service.
Southeast Arkansas Transit Vehicles	The transit vehicles owned and operated by Southeast Arkansas Transit, but who provide fixed route transit service for the Area Agency on Aging.
