Dynamic message signs owned and operated by the Arkansas DEM and utilized in the event of a chemical spill or emergency at the Pine Bluff Arsenal. These DMS signs can be used by AHTD for traffic information dissemination, but default to the DEM when required. Includes both permanent and portable DMS.
