Inventory Element Description
AHTD Asset Management System The asset management system (sign inventory, ITS equipment inventory, maintenance equipment inventory, etc.) owned and operated by AHTD.
AHTD CCTV Cameras Closed Circut Television cameras owned and operated by AHTD on the interstate highways throughout the Region.
AHTD District 4 TMC Handles regional maintenance and construction coordination, including interstate. Performs traffic management function for AHTD managed highways and arterials within the Region.
AHTD Equipment Repair Facility Equipment repair facilities which communicate with vehicles for preventive maintenance.
AHTD Field Equipment Includes dynamic message signs, portable equipment, and traffic counters. Portable message signs are existing.
AHTD Headquarters Represents AHTD's district roadway maintenance and construction operations.
AHTD Highway Conditions Reporting System The AHTD system that provides detailed construction closures, detours, restrictions, permit and weather information. Accessible to public by: Internet, which provides access to information by route, county or district. Includes contact information, and the phone for construction, closures, hazards, detour information.
AHTD Maintenance and Construction Vehicles Maintenance and construction vehicle on-board systems for vehicle tracking and maintenance logging.
AHTD Maintenance Archive Collect data from AHTD traffic and maintenance data collection equipment, and provide traffic and maintenance data to the MPOs and other archive users.
AHTD Public Information Office The office provides the official interface between AHTD traffic and maintenance departments and interests outside the departments such as the media and the AHTD website.
AHTD Resident Engineers Office Oversees highway construction operations in the district.
AHTD Security Monitoring Field Equipment Security monitoring field equipment includes sensors and surveillance devices that monitor transportation infrastructure and public areas.
AHTD Statewide TMC Handles statewide maintenance and construction coordination, including interstate. Performs traffic management function in Little Rock for AHTD managed highways and arterials.
AHTD Storage Facilities Equipment and materials storage facilities for AHTD..

Archive Data Users Represents systems that make use of various archive data collected in the Region.
Arkansas 511 System Planned statewide phone based traveler information system.
Arkansas Game and Fish Dispatch function for the Arkansas Game and Fish Department. Have a few state law enforcement powers and various assets.
Arkansas Highway Police Dispatch Manage weigh stations (4 in the state) and work zone enforcement. Hazardous materials and commercial vehicle safety laws are enforced. There is one central dispatch in Little Rock, AR.
Arkansas Highway Police Vehicles Emergency vehicles dispatched from the Arkansas Highway Police dispatch center.
Arkansas Regional Transportation Data Archive The Regional transportation archive, which includes archive data from the transportation agencies within the Region.
Arkansas State EOC Statewide emergency operations center located in Conway, AR.
Arkansas State Police Dispatch Troop H Dispatch of Arkansas Highway Patrol Troop H. Dispatch center located in Fort Smith, AR.
Arkansas State Police Headquarters This is the State Police Headquarters located in Little Rock, Arkansas - they are responsible for sending out Amber Alerts throughout the state.
Arkansas State Police Vehicles Emergency vehicles dispatched from the Arkansas State Police dispatch center.
Army Corps of Engineers Aids in the operation of the levy systems on the Arkansas River, and monitors the region's dam infrastructure (for floods, road maintenance, etc). Also coordinates with regional emergency management for incident response and disasters.
ASP Statewide Crash Records Information System AHTD statewide database of vehicle crash/accident records. Inputs to this system is provided by elements in the Region.
Bi-State MPO Data Archive The regional data warehouse for the Bi-State MPO.
Bi-State MPO Website The BI-State MPO website that includes archived planning information, schedules, TIPs, STIPS, and other planning data.
Commercial Vehicles Represents ITS equipment on privately owned commercial vehicles.
Concierge Service Provider A private venture that provides vehicle safety and warning information for commercial vehicles as a subscription service.
County Asset Management System The asset management system (sign inventory, ITS equipment inventory, maintenance equipment inventory, etc.) owned and operated by the counties within the geographic region.
County EMS Dispatch Dispatch function for EMS services in the surrounding counties.
County EMS Vehicles County emergency vehicles that provide public safety services on county owned roads and highways.
County EOC Represents any of the 4 surrounding county's EOCs.
County Equipment Repair Facility The maintenance shop for all roadside equipment owned and operated by the counties within the Region. Used to communicate with vehicles for preventive maintenance.
County ITS Field Equipment ITS field equipment (CCTV, field sensors, traffic signals, etc.) that are owned and operated by the counties within the Region.
County Maintenance and Construction Vehicles Maintenance and construction vehicles owned and operated by the counties within the Region. In the future they may include ITS devices that provide the sensory, processing, storage, and communications functions necessary to support maintenance and construction operations.

County Sheriff Dispatch Dispatches Sheriff's department, rural fire departments, and municipal police. In Sebastian Ccounty, there are 10 towns that the county dispatches police to/for.
