Description:

 Traffic Signal System operated by the City of Odessa. In the future will manage its ITS roadway devices, including, vehicle detectors, dynamic message signs, CCTV , environmental sensors, overhead flashers, and school flasher system (pager). Currently have emergency vehicle (police, fire, and ambulance) preemption
