Description: The Louisville and Jefferson County Emergency Management Agency (LJCEMA) is a joint agency of the City of Louisville and Jefferson County. The department is responsible for emergency management, planning, and coordination throughout the community. The agency also manages the 911 emergency telephone system, a countywide outdoor warning system, and an 800 megahertz radio system that serves local government.
