Description:	Represents the dispatch function for Green Mountain Transit Authority. GMTA Dispatch represents the main dispatch function in Berlin and the base for GMTA. However, GMTA includes sub-agencies (covering the Capital district) as well as dispatch functions in Warren (Mad Bus) and Moscow ( Stowe Trolley and Lamoille).
