City of Laredo TMC

Description:

This Traffic Management Center monitors and manages traffic flow in the City of Laredo. Incidents are detected and verified using VIDS, Loop Detectors, and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras. Incident information is then provided to the appropriate agencies, like DPS, and Local Fire and local Police Dispatch. This interim center is staffed 14 hours per day with night pager support.
