Description: The 911 Call Center is responsible for the handling of all calls for Police, Fire, and Rescue service. This center is staffed by highly trained civilian employees 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The 911 Call Center for the City of Columbus utilizes CAD technology, Ali mapping, and enhanced 911. The call center also receives all cellular 911 calls in the region.
