Description: The 911 Call Centers are responsible for the handling of all calls for Police, Fire, and Rescue service. These centers are staffed by highly trained civilian employees 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This element represents the Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) for the municipality and/or county.
