Each New York City Sub-regional ITS stakeholder can be associated with one or more ITS elements and ITS Services that make up the New York City transportation system. The table below contains the stakeholder description followed by the ITS Elements and ITS Services associated with the stakeholder.

Description: Joint stakeholder consisting of the agencies responsible for the operation and maintenance of traffic within the New York City region; and for the operation of the Traffic Management Center in Long Island City, New York. These agencies are the New York City Department of Transportation, New York Police Department and New York State Department of Transportation - Region 11.
