Functional Requirements: MCV Vehicle Location Tracking
Description:
This on-board equipment package tracks vehicle location and reports the position and timestamp information to a dispatch center.
Functional Requirements:
The maintenance and construction vehicle shall track its current location.
The maintenance and construction vehicle shall send the time stamped vehicle location to the controlling center.
