ITS Element: E-ZPass Commerce Business Center

Description: Future business/financial center for the IAG Agencies for non-toll applications of E-ZPass technology. Will provide customer service center functions, business development and direct marketing. In addition, may perform toll-processing functions that are currently provided by the various customer service centers employed by the IAG member agencies.
