Basic Information Broadcast

  • The center shall disseminate traffic and highway condition information to travelers, including incident information, detours and road closures, event information, recommended routes, and current speeds on specific routes.
  • The center shall disseminate transit routes and schedules, transit transfer options, transit fares, and real-time schedule adherence information to travelers.

Collect traffic, maintenance and construction information, and transit schedule and fare information from regional providers.
Coordinate and share traveler information with all other traveler information providers within the region.
Provide traffic information to general public through traffic information devices (DMS, Highway Advisory Radio).

Provide real-time transit information via the Wheres My Transit and Wheres My Bus websites and mobile applications.
City of Albuquerque Transit Department
Provide transit traveler information via the City of Albuquerque Website, the Where's My Bus and Where's My Transit website, private traveler information providers, and station/stop traveler information equipment.
